We do not sell, trade, exchange, or reveal to anyone the information in any data you provide us for import into our software or store on our servers.

We may, from time to time, analyze client data and usage statistics at an aggregate level, to help us improve our performance and service offerings, to describe our service to prospective business partners and other third parties, for use in Empower Engine's advertising and marketing media, or for other uses. In this process, third parties never have access to the specific information in your database.

Empower Engine's standard License Agreement and Standard Terms and Conditions require you to consent to Empower Engine occasionally revealing your name for the purpose of testimonial or reference, or for use in our advertising and marketing media. To request privacy or removal of your name from our materials, please contact us using the information below.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

Empower Engine will take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of information provided, subject to restrictions dependant upon the level of service plan. Network delays, rounding, and inaccuracy or incompleteness of the data due to upstream data providers may occur, and is not the responsibility of Empower Engine.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service, though we may choose to refund any prepaid monthly fee for the month in which service was discontinued.

We may provide you with access or links to third-party tools, content, products and services. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party tools, content, products and services.

SEVERABILITY
